We are seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Digital Denture CAD Designer to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in crafting high-quality digital dentures using the industry-leading software, 3Shape.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize 3Shape software to design and develop precise digital denture models, ensuring accuracy and aesthetics in alignment with doctor and patient specifications.
- Understand case requirements and deliver superior denture designs that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Customize denture designs to match patients' anatomical and functional needs, while maintaining a focus on esthetics and comfort.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, dental regulations, and laboratory protocols throughout the design process.
- Continuously contribute to process improvement initiatives, sharing ideas and insights to enhance overall efficiency and quality within the laboratory.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 year of experience as a Dental Laboratory CAD Designer, with a proven track record of designing digital dentures using 3Shape software.
- 5+ years experience producing traditional partial and full dentures.
- Proficiency in using 3Shape software for denture design is essential.
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and biomechanics.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for esthetics and functional design.

Pay: ₡4,200.00 - ₡10,700.00 per hour
