Senior Data Analyst

Responsible for the design, management and delivery of insights and solutions through data analysis of multi sources pertaining to Data Centers. Accountable for the data and insights strategy and its execution, providing thought leadership & innovation, analyzing risk associated with Data Centers with respect to various items such as end of life Infrastructure. Develop & publish an Operational Dashboard outlining risk associated with DCs. Ability to analyze and order vast volumes of data in order to extract and translate into meaningful artifacts that can be used for Senior Leadership decision making._

**What you’ll do**:

- Data collection and integration: collect and organize data across various sources
- Data reporting and visualization: develop and design a visualization that makes the data accessible to determine insights, trends, and patterns associated with decommission metrics.
- Develop a strong knowledge of all the data sources relating to Data Centers
- Analyze the data sources to develop a deep understanding of the metrics
- Extract key information and translate it into digestible artifacts for Leadership
- Create key metrics documents and maintain / update them regularly
- Create a process to plan, prepare and refresh Metrics data
- Create an Operational Dashboard showing Data Center risk associated with key Data Centers, based on an analysis of end of life Infrastructure among other factors.
- Develop process and plan to publish Operational Dashboard
- Work closely with other areas of the segment in order to identify areas of opportunity, and thoroughly understand all relevant data sources
- Ensure delivery of defined outcomes as agreed with Leadership
- Owns the planning, follow up and validation of the information used as input into the deliverables
- Monitors and communicates program measures of success, plans, status, issues and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders and senior management
- Reviews the market and creates a space for innovation regarding Data Analysis in Technology, particularly around documenting risk associated with Data Centers, identifying and implementing improvements on a continuous basis
- Inputs into Executive reporting as required, which may involved periodic briefings/status updates
- Identifies industry best practices and recommends updates or changes as needed to ensure success of the Data Analysis area, including Metrics & DC Risk

**What experience you need**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent to work experience
- 3+ years knowledge of **Jira, Aha, ServiceNow, CMDB, Google Data Studio or other Asset Management repositories**
- 3+ years of experience with **Excel, Big Query and/or G Sheets**
- 3+ years demonstrated success in analysis of large volumes of data across multiple cross-functional, cross-business, and cross-cultural organizations
- 3+ years experience in **Data analytics, data extractions, and similar roles in an Product/Agile environment**
- **Active Cloud Certification strongly preferred**
- English proficiency B2 or above
