In this position, you will be part of our TCM (Total Chemical Management) CS Facilities operations team and will own, sustain, and improve system capacity, operational troubleshooting, system upgrade evaluation, and optimization of our facilities equipment.

Total Chemical Management (TCM) Engineers are a diverse mix of primarily Chemical, Mechanical, or similar background engineers. In this area, we supply high-purity gas and chemicals to the manufacturing process, and you will work on a broad range of mechanical equipment. You will work in a team but will have your areas of ownership with overall support from the team. You will engage with peers on similar Intel sites to share learnings and work together to improve our facilities. Systems under your scope are Wastewater Treatment Plant, Acid Waste Neutralization System, Reverse Osmosis Deionized Water system, Formic Acid systems, Chemical treatment evaluation, Sponsor of Chemical treatment services supplier (Nalco), and any new chemical systems related.

**The job responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Understand system reliability and availability and manage any scheduled or unscheduled downtime and the associated risk.
- Be the primary owner of various high purity Chemical distribution equipment used in the semiconductor manufacturing process.
- System owner for sustaining and continuous improvement of existing systems.
- Accountable for safety, system operations, maintenance procedures, reliability, and cost.
- Supports projects, factory task forces, cross-site teams, cross-discipline teams, Module Teams, Facility Process Transfer, incident resolution, etc. when their systems are involved.
- Provide Facilities engineering leadership to the site organizations in support of Safety, Reliability, Quality, Environmental and Cost objectives.
- Owning safety within area of influence; ensuring systems operate reliably to avoid manufacturing facility or operations impacts by meeting uptime goals; overlooking projects to meet design criteria, scope, budget, and schedule; oversight of planning, design, reconfiguration, construction, maintenance, and modifications to equipment, machinery, facilities systems, buildings, and structures as required to support business requirements; delivering operational efficiency, maintenance, testing and commissioning solutions; effective collaboration with construction and operations teams to coordinate work in the field; identify and implement opportunities to achieve lowest cost of ownership to key stakeholders while maintaining reliability.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years experience working in:

- Foods, Chemical manufacturing, Gas, Medical, Medical devices industries or related.
- Technical expertise in chemical process systems.
- Dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
- Advanced English level.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master´s degree is desirable.
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in interpreting P, ID's and KPIs.
