Associate Systems Engineer

**Overview**:

- Stays current with vendor-specific technical certifications in order to make appropriate recommendations to resellers on the configuration and design of system solutions. Have a post sales technical foundation for TSHOOT, install and initial config purposes. Promotes product awareness, provides pre-sales technical support including phone support, system diagrams, proposals, and training in order to grow the sales of a funding vendor's product line. Staying updated with Cisco Architectures (10%)
- Staying updated with Cisco Certifications (15%)
- Phone management (25%)

**Experience**:

- 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.

Education & Certifications:

- Associate Degree with Technology oriented Field of Study preferred.
- Some College with Technology oriented field of study required.
- Other Education / Certifications: CCNA Working Conditions: Professional, office environment.
