**About the job Senior Database Administrator**:
Are you a SQL Server aficionado with a flair for Azure Cloud? Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer support and solving technical puzzles? If so, we're searching for someone just like you to elevate our team to new heights

Here's what we're looking for:

- ️ **5+ years of Mastery**: Delve into the depths of SQL Server across multiple versions, with a gold star for Azure SQL Managed Instance proficiency.
- ️ **Customer-Centric Experience**: Lead the charge with 3+ years in customer-facing or support roles, spanning technical escalation, product support, developer engagement, and more.
- ️ **Azure Expertise**: Dive deep into the Azure ecosystem with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Platform, Cloud Computing, and Azure architecture components. Familiarity with Azure Networking is a definite bonus
- ️ **Networking Ninja**: Navigate through networking setups and troubleshoot with ease.
- ️ **Problem-Solving Pro**: Unravel complexities with superior problem-solving skills, utilizing various data collection tools and methodologies to develop effective solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Tier 2/3 Environment Experience: Prior exposure to Tier 2/3 environments is highly valued.
- Educational Background: While not mandatory, a BS in computer science/engineering or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
