**Job Profile Project Estimator**
**Requirements**:
Fluent in English both spoken and written.
Experience estimating material costs based on structural plans.
Able to accurately analyze structural plans.
Professional in the field of architecture, civil engineering, or a related discipline.
Familiarity with computer programs such as Google G Suite, Excel, Bluebeam, Sketchup etc.
Costa Rican residence, residence of free condition and / or work perm.
Criminal record with not more than a month of issuance.
Pay: ₡525,000.00 - ₡750,000.00 per month

- Project Extimating: 2 years (required)
