This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.Aruba is redefining the “IT EDGE”. The End-to-End Planner within HPN Aruba is responsible for ensuring material availability across WW stocking locations (DC, CHUB and FSL) for all parts within assigned portfolio. S/he is accountable for sustaining and ideally improving the spare part availability while optimizing inventory levels.

**Job specifics/responsibilities**:

- Execute material order plan through planning tool to support HPE customer obligations.
- Review and accept/edit planning tool stocking proposals on a daily/weekly basis.
- Determine the best Target Stock Level (TSL) quantity to be set in field stocking locations by looking at historical demand, contract obligations, material master data, etc.
- Responsible to achieve a balanced performance on parts availability, inventory level and E&O cost, executing actions to ensure quick recovery to off-goal situations. Minimize material cost and inventory through managing the fine balance between buying new parts and repairing defectives.
- Provide root-cause analysis and respective correction action plan of supply chain misses on daily/weekly basis, following detailed work instructions (GLOS, PDM, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal/external parties to provide best customer support and operational excellence part rolls, quality issues, etc.).
- Explore and propose opportunities for systems & processes enhancement.
- Communicate monthly forecast plans to suppliers/repair vendors.
- Extreme focus on shortage parts; take actions to ensure fast recovery. Provide expected get-well-date to customers.

**Key deliverables/accountabilities**:

- Accountable for optimal stocking values & related cost on DC, CHUB and FSL level
- Achieve pre-set customer (GLOS/PDM) and financial (Inventory/E&O) targets
- Maintain all activities related to Value Added Services
- Strictly follow the established GSD SC and team processes and procedures

**Education (degree) and professional experience required**:

- Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Mgmt./Business Operations/Maths/Statistics
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in planning or other supply chain role
- Strong knowledge in supply chain concepts, demand forecasting & materials planning

**Other requirements**:

- Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken

- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Very good numerical and data analytical skills & ability to build management summary
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to chase and deliver operational results, and to drive issues to closure
- Ability to communicate effectively across national and cultural boundaries
- SPM (Servigistics) planning tool and/or SAP system experience is a strong plus
