About the Team

As part of the Strategic Planning Finance team, you will help us on our mission to maximize Workday’s growth and long term value creation by enabling data driven decisions that drive the optimal portfolio allocation and strategy for Workday.

Our team works closely with leaders from across the organization including (but not limited to) Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Strategy, Sales, Product, Marketing, Corporate Development, and Business Technology. We are a group of highly motivated, self-starters with a continuous improvement mindset driving critical decisions and process changes with a financial lens.

About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate cross functionally to collect and analyze large data sets to inform Workday’s long-term financial target setting. These financial targets will ensure that our business is on track to meet its $10B milestone goal and beyond. Additionally, you will support the team in driving changes to our company operating rhythm and drive alignment between strategic planning, operational/annual planning, and steering of strategic initiatives. This is an individual contributor role.

**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze large data sets (e.g. ARR, ACV, KPIs) across Workday and peers to unlock insights about our business, and summarize for executive level audiences- Collaborate across Finance, BT, Business Operations, and Strategy to ensure data quality and the accuracy of insights we present to executive leadership;- Support Strategic Planning Finance team to orchestrate key strategic planning activities and collect key inputs needed for financial analysis- Maintain financial key metrics reporting package to track progress against long term objectives- Assist in building executive level presentations to summarize key messages and drive decision making- Provide additional ad hoc support to the broader Business Finance, Investor Relations, and Corp Dev teamsEn esta función, deberá colaborar de forma transversal para recopilar y analizar grandes conjuntos de datos a fin de asesorar en el establecimiento de objetivos financieros a largo plazo de Workday.
