- Exhibits comprehensive knowledge of server, storage, and networking technologies
- Develops, implements, and supports a variety of infrastructure platform technologies
- Maintain excellent working relationship with 3rd Party vendors
- Implement strategies to increase reliability and decrease cost for technologies
- Implement processes for internal operational effectiveness and continuous improvement
- Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability
- Provide technical guidance to service partners as needed
- Work closely with development and security teams teams to identify gaps and implement solutions to drive improvements in reliability, security, performance, and availability
- Works independently; may require guidance in highly complex situations
- Supports others to solve complex problems
- Identifies innovative solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking Requirements:
- Experience with VMWare vCenter Server and ESXi virtualization technology
- In-depth functional knowledge of varying versions of Microsoft & Linux operating systems
- Experience with supporting PaaS, IaaS solutions in Azure
- Experience with Cisco UCS is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory in a multi-domain environment
- Experience with PowerShell and PowerCLI
- Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
- Strong technical background and ability to work with engineers, developers, and other key stakeholders Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- Relevant industry certificates are preferred Experience: Level I
- 2+ years of previous experience in similar role is preferred Level II
- 4+ years of previous experience in similar role is preferred Level III
- 8+ years of previous experience in similar role is preferred Salary: ₡1,000,000.00
- ₡1,700,000.00 per month
