We are looking for a highly skilled Risk Management Strategist to join our team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for setting the vision, direction, and culture of your team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of team management experience, operational and/or retail management experience, knowledge of process improvement and quality measures, and previous proven experience as a manager of a Team with 15+ direct reports.
You will provide leadership and administrative support to your team, manage them to achieve and constantly improve service levels based on forecast and capacity, minimize the impact of bad debt by achieving targets, and focus on the people development of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent fraud and abuse
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address risks
- Lead investigative efforts to identify and mitigate potential threats
- Provide training and coaching to investigators and managers on risk management best practices
Requirements:
- Experience with risk management, operations, and fraud investigations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
