An Overview of the Role:
- Analyze financial data to make informed investment decisions by producing forecasts of business conditions.
- Conduct budget reviews to support management in making strategic financial decisions.
- Provide financial analysis support for various strategy projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting standards and corporate policies.
- Maintain finance master data hierarchy structure and purchasing approval processes.
- Close books and report results according to US GAAP or local requirements.

- Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

- Permanent unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of automation, standardization, and business process management (BPM).
- Microsoft Excel Macros and Queries expertise.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model, allowing employees to split their time between working on-site and off-site.
