Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Admin Assistant to join our team at United Parcel Service. In this role, you will provide critical support to our operations team by performing general administrative tasks, compiling information from multiple sources, and handling small-scale projects.

Responsibilities
  • Compile information from multiple sources for report preparation
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, document auditing, and phone answering
  • Handle small-scale projects, which may involve dealing with confidential material

Requirements
To excel in this role, you must have proficiency in English, working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook), excellent time management and multitasking skills, and experience in customer service. Knowledge of the Portuguese language is a plus.

What We Offer
This permanent position comes with a graveyard shift schedule from 12 am to 6 am, based on-site.
