Job Description: Business Analyst for Accounts Payable
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Accounts Payable team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for monitoring the Concur expenses report, authorizing or rejecting invoices, and interacting with internal customers in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the Concur expenses report to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
- Authorize or reject invoices based on company policies and procedures
- Interact with internal customers to resolve issues related to payment processing
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to resolve vendor-related issues
- Prepare AP accruals and account reconciliations as part of the monthly close process
- Maintain and administer accounts payable databases
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis
- Proficiency in English and basic math skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems and travel and expense software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
