Fuel Dispatcher

The Dispatcher - Corporate Fuel Management role is a unique blend of customer service, sales, and operational support for our most demanding client base. Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Fuel Management, you will be responsible for quoting and arranging fuel for targeted customers in the Fuel Management program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized quotes and arrange fuel for clients where WFS handles international trip support services
• Submit sales orders to suppliers and airport contacts
• Analyze client schedules from the fuel management program and deliver tailored quotes and sales orders
• Support the North American sales team with quotes and sales orders
• Maintain exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
• Perform other duties as assigned by your department supervisor
• This role may require additional hours during the week or evenings/weekends

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the aviation industry is preferred
• Advanced English language proficiency
• Flexibility to work on weekends
• Bachelor's degree related to the role

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
