**Role Summary**

The Program Execution Coordinator at Catalina Marketing will coordinate the execution of marketing programs. This key role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in executing campaigns to meet business objectives.

In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Support, Operations, and Analytics, to ensure seamless campaign delivery. You will translate diverse business requirements into precise technical specifications for setup, optimization, and delivery.

You will participate in kick-off calls to align with program objectives, seek clarification, and ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs. Your ability to identify potential roadblocks and proactively communicate with stakeholders will be essential in ensuring successful campaign execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate the execution of marketing programs to meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Translate diverse business requirements into precise technical specifications for setup, optimization, and delivery.
  • Participate in kick-off calls to align with program objectives, seek clarification, and ensure comprehensive understanding of client needs.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of industry experience in Promotions, Advertising, Marketing or Campaign Management in multiple channels; digital channel preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with campaign setup and execution comprised of multiple media channels.
  • Strong technical skills to effectively translate business requirements into precise technical specifications and successfully input them into Catalina Media Platform.
