We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Risk and Policy Analyst to join our Experian team. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the assessment of controls and identifying gaps for remediation to meet policy objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in policy, information security consulting, or a related field. You will possess strong knowledge of risk frameworks, including NIST, ISO, and COSO. Your ability to work well in a dynamic environment, multitask, and think critically will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in assessing controls and identifying gaps for remediation to meet policy objectives.
- Lead cross-functional projects to investigate current and potential policies, evaluate gap analyses, and provide evidence for possible inconsistencies or deficiencies.
- Contribute to compliance program requirements throughout the division, including SOC 2 and SIG.
- Create client-facing information security-related documentation or policies.
- Assist with tracking and remediating control gaps.
- Drive efforts to ensure consistency of controls across the business unit.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in policy, information security consulting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, including NIST, ISO, and COSO.
- Ability to work well in a dynamic environment, multitask, and think critically.
