**Job Description**

We are seeking a Risk and Compliance Engineer to join our team. As a Risk and Compliance Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying critical processes, building metrics to measure risks and compliance, and developing improvement plans. You will also facilitate the deployment of reports and visuals for compliance indicators.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Evaluate risk and compliance indicator performance to ensure the effectiveness of controls
  • Create business process controls and metrics in partnership with business teams
  • Monitor activities related to risk and compliance for key business processes

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field preferred: Industrial Engineering or Computer Science, Information Systems
  • 1+ years of experience as an analyst in a process-driven or technical environment related to process risks, process controls, and KPI visualization/analysis
  • 1+ years of experience with data reporting and data visualization software
  • 1+ years of experience in process improvement methodologies
  • English Proficiency (B2+ level)
