- Ensure facilities equipment operates within building requirements, guaranteeing seamless business continuity.
- Analyze and implement Pest Control schedules to maintain high-quality facilities standards for medical companies.
- Verify compliance with Services Supplies contracts to facilitate uninterrupted services within the plant.
- Promote employee development, engagement, motivation, and preservation to support current and future business needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, maintaining a clean and organized facilities area to prevent costly maintenance.
- Approve biweekly hours and overtime to ensure accurate employee compensation.
- Establish an inclusive organizational environment that embodies Medevio's values and culture.
- Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity during emergencies.
- Implement quality regulations through process documentation.
- Sustain green areas surrounding the plant, maintaining the company's image and adhering to Free Zone regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (relevant field).
- No less than 10 years of experience as a Maintenance/Facilities Engineer.
- At least 5 years in leadership positions at medical device companies.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Effective budgeting and performance management abilities.
- Proactive, focused, and team-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional people management skills.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
