At Citi, we are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for testing prioritized reports and providing support in the end-to-end process of planning, scoping, sampling, and testing as required.
The analyst will support the team's lead on work requirements, partnering with Reports use case owners, Data Governance Officers (DGOs), and Global Functions Technology (GFT) to adopt, execute tracing cycles, and ensure adherence to the Data Tracing Operating Model. Success for this analyst is to effectively and efficiently support data tracing cycles aligned to the Data Tracing Multi Year Plan and Operating Model, predominantly testing data reported to regulators, match their original source values, and conform to reporting requirements to identify areas which may require stronger data quality controls or compensating measures.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in ongoing quality assurance activities data tracing for identified priority Regulatory and/or Risk Management Reports across multiple products.
- Review products and related critical data elements used for regulatory/risk reporting to ensure integrity and soundness of reporting.
- Participate in on reviews, identify issues and exceptions, produce executive quality reports.
- Support the planning, scoping, sampling, and testing observation as necessary and determined by lead.
**Requirements:**
- English advanced proficiency.
- Bachelor's university degree in progress.
- 3+ years of experience related to Finance, Accounting, Risk, or Product Control, preferably at large financial institutions.
- Working knowledge of financial products required.
- Experience working with colleagues/partners across multiple regions and business segments to deliver in a global organization.
