**Key Responsibilities**
- Provides key financial support at Regional Business and Plan reviews.
- Offers valuable financial advice through in-depth analysis to stakeholders on various reports generated by FP&A, including sales & financial reporting, Monthly Business Review (MBR or QBR), Opex, Headcount report, and other ad-hoc reports.
- Works closely with divisional Sales & Marketing Managers in reporting and analyzing Sales/COGS information to identify issues and opportunities.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with the ability to convey complex business issues clearly and concisely.
- Strong data analytical and business process expertise.
