We are seeking an experienced General Accountant to join our Costa Rica Shared Service Center team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing account reconciliations and monthly closing activities for assigned entities, and will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our financial processes and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Reconcile and balance accounts for assigned entities.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement solutions to address financial discrepancies and irregularities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or related field.
