About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee fully executed supplier procurement programs, ensuring their day-to-day operations meet expectations. This includes managing key performance indicators and program expansion for Procurement categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily oversight and management of key procurement programs supporting ongoing business functions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and category owners to ensure category program operations meet expectations.
- Develop and administer pulse surveys to assess business and supplier engagement/satisfaction.
- Drive program optimization and growth through strategic development and relationship-building.
- Manage supplier performance and relationships, escalating issues as necessary.
- Partner with suppliers in forward-thinking strategic development and relationship-building.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior program managers on category-specific requirements.
Competencies:
- Expertise in program management and supplier relationship management.
- Robust project management skills and capabilities (planning tools, defining deliverables, business case and baseline development).
- Experience in defining and tracking metrics and developing processes to monitor and improve program performance.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience in program/project management, managing complex, global programs and project initiatives.
- Degree in supply chain management, operations, or business administration.
- Project Management (PMP) or Agile/Scrum certified desirable.
- English language competency (verbal and written).
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
