Campaign & Creative Manager I Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign & Creative Manager I to join our team. As a key member of our advertising operations team, you will be responsible for managing the execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your expertise in project management, data analysis, and communication will enable you to deliver seamless campaign experiences for our advertisers.

Key Responsibilities
- Project manage the execution of advertising campaigns with internal teams
- Manage troubleshooting issues as surfaced during the campaign lifecycle
- Analyze data to develop and implement process improvements with internal stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end campaigns for specific business areas
- Respond to stakeholders on related tasks with guidance, adhering to SOPs and SLAs
- Meet business metrics and goals, including production and quality targets

A Day in the Life
As a Campaign & Creative Manager I, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver results that matter to our advertisers. You will earn trust by providing efficient and accurate campaign management while identifying opportunities to continuously improve our workflows and implement best practices across teams.

About the Team
This role may support various categories/verticals based on business needs. Campaign & Creative Managers work with advertisers, AEs, AMs, AdOps, Design, and other teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery.

Requirements
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience with Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage stakeholders and clients
