About the Role

By working closely with managers, you'll drive continuous improvement in processes and guidelines, fostering innovation and excellence in your work.
Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of guidelines to ensure accurate application to agreed metrics.
- Analyze diverse content, extract information, identify patterns, and develop recommendations for policy and filtering changes.
- Collaborate with team members on day-to-day problem-solving, reporting trends, analysis findings, and projects assigned by managers.
- Work with in-house tools to transcribe and annotate data for various projects, ensuring high accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
- Associate's degree AND 1+ year(s) experience working with stakeholders in a project or program OR Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience.
- Experience working with stakeholders in a project or program.
- Ability to transcribe and annotate data from sources including but not limited to transcription (text) for audio clips or annotating text or images to verify certain types of data.
- Familiarity with United States culture and linguistic nuances.
- Business level fluency to read, write, and speak English and Spanish.

Compensation
Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $85,000, depending on location and experience.
