ServiceNow Developer

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. The ideal candidate will have experience in Information Technology Service Management, Information Technology Business Management, and Web services.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Capture and analyze business requirements and document technical solutions.
• Research new functionality and recommend solutions that deliver customer value.
• Plan, implement, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects.

**Requirements**

• 1-3 years of experience in implementing end-to-end Service Catalog, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration & Asset Management, Change and Release Management.
• 1-3 years of experience on Agile framework.
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
