About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst II to join our team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for performing business-specific financial planning and analysis activities, building and managing financial and operational reports, and developing and maintaining forecasts for both OPEX and headcount.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Use expertise in collection, analysis, and management of quantitative financial data to create reports for monthly P&L analysis and financial forecasts.
  2. Manage monthly and quarterly forecast for both OPEX and headcount, partnering with stakeholders to define and implement strategic management of HC.
  3. Provide insights for monthly and quarterly business reviews on a timely manner, monitoring forecast accuracy and understanding drivers of variances.
  4. Partner with business teams to lead the development of weekly/monthly financial close activities, planning, and reporting models while overseeing their continuous innovation and communication to business partners.
  5. Perform ad-hoc business analyses, financial modeling, and present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives.
