About the Role

As a Supply Chain Optimization Expert, you will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability through optimized material allocations. You will work closely with Regional Material Management teams, Supply Planning, and Commodity leads to develop short-term plans and execute allocation processes for specific suppliers and commodities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment, and process accountabilities
  • Ensuring business activities are aligned with defined processes among different stakeholders
  • Sets process metrics, evaluates actual performance, and makes recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement
  • Develops data-driven analyses to optimize allocations timing and responsiveness
  • Generating management summaries and reports

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Mastery in Excel and data management tools
  • Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and ability to manage data requests
  • Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
  • Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling
  • Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Developing project management skills
