- Receiving and Processing Procurement Requests: You will receive and process procurement requests from internal users, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Quotations and Purchasing Activities: Obtain quotations for requests below country threshold that do not require competitive bidding exercise, and perform purchasing activities for one-time buys, unplanned/reactive, bid/quote and buy methodology, low expenditure/complexity, unique purchase requirements, emergency time-sensitive, and where sourcing is not done as part of the strategic process.
- Managing Approval of POs: Manage approval of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining Catalogue Content: Manage catalogue content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Providing Policy and Procurement Process Guidance: Provide guidance on company policies and procurement processes to users, supporting their needs and resolving queries.
- Supporting Users and Responding to Inquiries: Support users and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- University Graduate or Ongoing Studies: You must have a university graduate degree or be currently studying.
- Customer Service or Procurement Experience: 2 years of experience in customer service or procurement environment is required.
- English Language Proficiency: A high level of English language proficiency (writing, speaking, and reading) is essential.
- Good Communication Skills: Good personal communication skills are necessary, with the ability to easily and clearly communicate with others.
