Job Overview
The Senior Process Monitoring Engineer is responsible for identifying critical processes, developing metrics to measure risks and compliance, and implementing improvement plans. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to facilitate the deployment of reports and visuals for compliance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business process controls and metrics to measure risks and compliance.
- Evaluate risk and compliance indicator performance to ensure the effectiveness of controls and communicate trends to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and execute policies and standards related to risk and compliance.
- Create dashboards and visuals to provide visibility of compliance indicators, risks, and opportunities.
- Communicate findings and trends to business owners and stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field, such as Industrial Engineering or Computer Science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process-driven or technical environments related to process risks and KPI visualization.
- English proficiency (B2+ level).
- Minimum 1 year of experience with data reporting and data visualization software.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in process improvement methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in business processes risk management and/or compliance fields.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Ability to travel up to 10% (post-covid) to the US.
