- Respond and resolve internal customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in the corporate travel industry.
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Advanced skills on travel industry systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
