The Process Sustaining Engineer 1 will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our microelectronic circuits. This position requires a strong understanding of assembly processes and the ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions to ensure process stability and quality.
* Collaborate with production teams to optimize assembly processes and improve yields.
* Develop and maintain documentation of assembly processes and procedures.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or similar
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Intermediate knowledge of the English language (verbal and written)
* SAP experience is a plus
