**Job Overview**

Nomadux is seeking a Senior Operations Lead to oversee the activities of a large team in our rapidly expanding contact center operation.

The ideal candidate will have experience motivating and directing a multi-skilled team, achieving company targets and objectives, and developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and metrics.

Responsibilities include leading, developing, and inspiring the team, overseeing all processes and operations, including the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and ensuring performance reporting requirements are met.

**Requirements**

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with a fluent level of English required.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar senior customer-facing position in a contact center.
