Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our property's technology infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

The IT Infrastructure Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our property's IT systems, including hardware and software. This individual will work closely with vendors, owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that our technology needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the acquisition and maintenance of property-based systems, including computers, servers, and network equipment.
  • Analyze information to identify current and potential problems and propose solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work, ensuring compliance with brand-specific standards and budget requirements.
  • Determine priorities, schedules, plans, and necessary resources to ensure completion of projects on schedule and according to specification.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a hospitality industry setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, owners, and other stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
