The Central Billing Team function was established to take over billing duties from the Project Manager Team. As a Billing Team Analyst, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including raising daily, weekly, and monthly invoices from various groups, both automated and manual, depending on customer complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise accurate invoices by reconciling data from multiple sources.
- Ensure timely invoicing checks are completed before posting.
- Work closely with billing coordinators as a team member.
- Collaborate with billing coordinators to ensure e-bills are prepared accurately.
- Upload bills via e-billing platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba).
- Complete all porting activities and resolve rejects.
- Deal with billing queries and apply root cause analysis to deep dive into issues.
- Produce and maintain e-billing status reports.
- Analyze data in eBilling Portals and assist in updating AR management tools.
Key Requirements:
- Advanced English Level.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong SAP knowledge.
- Experience working in a Billing Analyst position.
- Thorough understanding of billing processes and procedures.
- Effective prioritization and time management.
- Appropriate attention to detail.
- Communicative, flexible, hard-working, open-minded personality, and a team player.
- Portal knowledge i.e., Ariba, Coupa.
