Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and experiments following established protocols and procedures.
• Document all test results, observations, and conclusions in detail.
• Investigate nonconformities and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Prepare and present technical reports, data summaries, and other documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of laboratory activities.
• Develop and implement training programs for junior technicians and staff members.
• Maintain accurate records and files according to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or associate degree in microbiology, laboratory science, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English language skills, both reading and speaking.
