Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Jr General Accountant Bilingual to join our team at 3M. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Reconcile account records and manage the Construction in Progress account.
  • Support the management of AFE capitalizations and expensing projects.
  • Manage monthly depreciation and AFD calculation and processing.

Qualifications

  • Between 2 years of continuous experience in Accounting (General Ledger)
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or the equivalent (accounting technician)
  • Fluent English (B2+)
  • Knowledge proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with Peoplesoft, JD Edwards or SAP
