Job Description:
- Evaluate different scenarios to develop proposals for improving institutional change and management.
- Conduct thorough diagnoses to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders and project team members.
- Develop and validate tools for assessing the impact of organizational changes.
- Analyze the effects of implementing new Financial and Human Resources systems on the organization's structure.
- Participate in project governance meetings to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in designing organizational structures as part of digital transformation initiatives.
- Previous experience in designing Financial and Human Resources administration systems.
- Proven track record of successfully leading organizational restructuring projects in government institutions with complex labor dynamics.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
