Job Overview

This is a full-time position in Housekeeping & Laundry.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.

They will be empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done, ensuring a safe work place, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring their uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Stock carts and supplies, and perform other similar responsibilities as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks completed and any issues encountered.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with housekeeping procedures and protocols.
