Job Details

The Global Meeting Services Support Analyst role is a key position within the TMC&F organization and Process Excellence team. This role plays a vital role in supporting the Global Congress & Financial Program.

The individual will be responsible for processing payments via corporate card or purchase order, meeting reconciliation, and closeout process. They will also oversee expense report creation, Payment Portal Requests (PPR), and verify transactions related to corporate/virtual cards or P-cards. The person will submit finance templates to Finance for completion.

**Key Accountabilities:**

  • Support the creation of expense reports on behalf of Regional Leads and submission of backup documentation per internal guidelines
  • Audit of Corporate Card statements to ensure accuracy of all charges
  • Reconciliation of Corporate/Virtual Card statements with charges appearing in Concur System
  • Requesting missing receipts/invoices from Meeting Planning Agency
  • Supporting congress reconciliation by checking files received from MPA, populating cost allocation template, and journal entry template, and submitting to Finance

**Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree completed/in progress or relevant experience
  • Lean Six Sigma / Scrum / Agile Methodologies (as a plus)
  • Intermediate/Advance MS Excel skills (Power BI as a plus)
  • Languages: English (C1), Portuguese (plus)
  • Effective communication (internal & externally) skills in English
  • CITI Manager System (as a plus)
