Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of performed processes in accordance with client-defined quality standards. This individual will conduct audits, evaluate back-office tasks and phone calls, and implement preventive/corrective actions as needed. Strong communication and analytical skills are required, along with a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform QA control tasks on defined processes
- Conduct effective QA dispute process
- Facilitate QA calibration sessions with clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide coaching sessions based on QA results and findings
- Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from QA results
- Monitor efforts to resolve issues and track progress
- Analyze data to provide insights to the business on a regular basis
- Design and implement QA control processes, including creation of reporting and SOPs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Advanced studies in Human Resources, business administration, quality, engineering, or a related field are preferred. Two years of experience in a QA Analyst role is also necessary, along with intermediate knowledge of QA practices, theories, tools, and detection/prevention techniques.
Technical Competencies:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Process mapping and analysis expertise
Preferred but Not Mandatory:
A Lean Six Sigma certification, FMEA, PDCA, TQM, QMS, Statistical Process Control knowledge, change management methodologies, human resources processes knowledge, project management, and Case Management Systems experience are all desirable but not mandatory.
