**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and running various types of machinery in our manufacturing process, ensuring that all operations are performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, load materials, and run a variety of manufacturing equipment to produce device components and/or sterilize finished products.
• Perform inspections of machinery and output to ensure that processes are being executed in conformance with production specifications and maintain a stable and effective process.
• Review, follow, and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence to SOPs, which may include recording traceable information on device history records and/or entering information into JDE.
• May select and utilize the associated equipment and tooling associated with assigned operation/task.
• Troubleshoot equipment and escalate issues.
• Ensure automated recording of parameters throughout the process for input into device history record.
• Other incidental duties: General work area housekeeping.

Requirements:

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent in strongly preferred; some previous experience in using similar machinery is preferred.
• Basic computer skills with working knowledge of computer systems or software, which typically may include JDE, TRAX, and Forwarder, is preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend policies and procedures (English Speaking, preferred).
• Knowledge of and adherence to Edwards Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines as they relate to warehouse operations and clean room medical device manufacturing.
• Must be able to work in a team environment, including with peers in manufacturing, and with minimum supervision by following detailed established work instructions.
• Strict attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
