Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers and partners on Microsoft Dynamics F&O ERP systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ERP solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- 2+ years of experience in ERP systems like Dynamics, SAP, PeopleSoft, NetSuite ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Epicor, and/or related
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Active Directory
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
