**Job Description**
The Digital Media Optimization Specialist at Catalina Marketing will optimize end-to-end campaign execution. This pivotal role ensures high-quality campaigns for our internal clients. In collaboration with Sales, Sales Support, Operations, and Analytics, you will translate diverse business requirements into precise technical specifications for setup, optimization, and delivery.
You will participate in kick-off calls to align with program objectives, seek clarification, and ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs. Your thorough self-check processes will guarantee the highest quality of campaign execution, addressing any missing specifications at handoff.
You will execute campaigns based on business requirements provided by Sales and Customer Delivery and Success teams to achieve anticipated outcomes. Ensure timely and accurate launch of campaigns/programs in the market on the specified start date.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure accurate and high-quality campaign execution by translating business requirements into technical specifications, conducting thorough analysis of campaign details, and entering resulting technical specifications into Catalina Media Platform for effective program creation.
- Translate diverse business requirements into precise technical specifications for seamless program execution.
- Participate in kick-off calls to align with program objectives, seek clarification, and ensure comprehensive understanding of client needs.
- Implement thorough self-check processes to ensure highest quality of campaign execution, addressing any missing specifications at handoff.
- Execute campaigns based on business requirements provided by Sales and Customer Delivery and Success teams to achieve anticipated outcomes.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of industry experience in Promotions, Advertising, Marketing or Campaign Management in multiple channels; digital channel preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with campaign setup and execution comprised of multiple media channels.
- Strong technical skills to effectively translate business requirements into precise technical specifications and successfully input them into Catalina Media Platform.
