Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and Enterprise customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.">
  • Drive diagnosis, troubleshooting, and testing of high-impact production issues.">
  • Lead cross-functional customer experience review sessions with Product and Engineering teams to develop innovative solutions.">
  • Communicate clear and actionable recommendations for product improvement.">
  • Coordinate the definition of requirements for new features, design, development, and deployment.">
  • Author technical documentation for the Customer Deployment team and CSPs.">
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and meetings on-site with customers to pursue deployment projects.

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant industry experience.">
  • 3 years of experience in Field Applications Engineering or Support, preferably in Cloud or Networking services.">
  • Good understanding of Wireless technologies.">
  • Proficient verbal and written technical communication in Spanish and English.">
  • Proficient usage of collaboration tools like Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.">
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
