Job Summary
The Business Reporting Analyst is responsible for working on projects in the Global Business Services-Procure to Pay Tower. This role involves developing and using knowledge of data, systems, and operations to support reporting, analysis, and problem-solving activities as part of the Business Reporting COE team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor performance dashboards, including periodic refreshes, data collections, quality checks, and timely delivery of P2P dashboards.
- Coordinate and deliver complex reporting requirements, analyze data, and execute tasks in a quality and timely manner to achieve performance targets.
- Communicate results clearly and concisely.
- Capture requirements for ad hoc analysis, collect business requirements, evaluate data, and develop solution proposals to meet operational metrics owners' reporting needs.
- Manage multiple conflicting priorities in an organized manner and effectively manage time and balance priorities.
- Work on ad hoc assigned activities as required, leveraging knowledge of data, systems, and operations to provide ad hoc P2P support when directed.
