**Job Description**
We are looking for a Technical Services Specialist to join our team at Iron Service Global Inc.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, including installing and configuring desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, as well as performing break-fix tasks and providing technical assistance on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Perform break-fix tasks, desk-side support, and IMACDs
- Provide technical assistance on-site
- Manage the ticket queue and ensure tickets are resolved within the defined service level agreement
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in field services technician or similar roles. Additionally, you should possess strong technical skills, including active directory management and ticketing systems.
