As a Volunteer Program Manager at Moody's, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing global volunteer programs that drive employee engagement and community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Moody's TeamUp program globally
- Support the development, implementation, and ongoing project management of non-profit board leadership and placement programs
- Primary contact for all volunteer vendors
Operational Excellence:
You will proactively identify ways to improve data and reporting processes using data analysis and Excel skills. Prepare presentations for Senior Management and The Moody's Foundation board of Directors including data analysis and presentation of key results.
Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and regularly reports on employee engagement performance metrics. Actively contribute to data mining, manipulation, and generating reports and analytics for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- B.A/BS in a relevant field required
- 5+ years experience of progressively increasing responsibility in COMMUNITY IMPACT, ESG, Sustainability, corporate philanthropy/employee engagement or similar fields
- Motivated, disciplined, thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and exhibit emotional intelligence with the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics
