We're seeking a motivated Risk Mitigation Specialist to join our team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica. As an Investigator, you will be responsible for identifying and minimizing the risk posed by fraud patterns and trends.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize the risk posed by fraud patterns and trends.
- Maintain Amazon's site quality by enforcing Policy Guidelines.
- Participate in special projects/assignments and collaborate with business teams as necessary.
- Achieve weekly productivity and quality standards for investigations.
- Be prepared to work flexibly with varying hours, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Requirements
- Fluent German & English language skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to recognize patterns.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
