Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex e-commerce systems and integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of e-commerce platforms and technologies to design and implement complex systems and integrations
- Business Partnership: Work closely with business partners to understand their needs and provide technical and process recommendations and solutions
- Project Management: Prepare estimates for complex projects to provide management with information needed to accurately forecast project delivery dates
- Team Development: Assist in the mentoring, training and development of team technical skills
- Problem-Solving: Work with technical teams to devise or modify procedures/processes to solve complex problems
- Sales Engineering: Act as a sales engineer both for new Ecommerce projects and within existing client accounts; assess client requests and propose solutions, estimates and alternatives
- Client Communication: Play a direct role in client communications and expectation/scope management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related functional business area or equivalent experience
- Strong ability to balance multiple responsibilities and take initiative
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and highly interactive team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills
- Flexible, team-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and passionate
- Ability to communicate, produce documentation, prepare and lead client sessions, etc.
- Ability to sell technical concepts, sell our team and our capabilities to business stakeholders
