We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory optimization and customer collaboration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Guaranteeing adequate levels of inventory on the shelf to satisfy customer needs, working collaboratively with clients and internal CP teams
  • Designing and implementing controls of KPI's in conjunction with clients and CDT's that reflect business status and areas for improvement
  • Designing strategies to optimize inventory levels at Point of Sale for Walmart Costa Rica
  • Aligning objectives and communicating strategies to promote positive impact on Fill Rate and Logistics Efficiencies
  • Collaborating with CDT and Demand Planning on business strategies that promote planning of customer or company requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Advanced English language skills (90%)
  • At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Customer Collaboration
